HR Assistant Manager
(Riau – Batam)
Requirements:
* Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law or Administration
* Minimum 3 years experience in Full Spectrum of HR field
* Able to lead, motivate and direct a team of Human Resource
* Having strong knowledge in update of HR policies and regulations
* Facilitate good Human Resource Management and good knowledge to support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Fluent in English both oral and written
