I.JAVA APPLICATION DEVELOPER (JAD) – 5 positions
* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology / Computer Science related from reputable Indonesian / Overseas University.
* Minimum 1 year of professionals experience in Web Applications using Java™ EE using IDE (Eclipse or Netbeans) and using Team Collaboration Tools such as SVN or CVS.
* Having experience in using common Java™ Application Framework such as Spring, Spring MVC, Struts, Hibernate, etc.
* Understands good Object-Oriented and/or Service-Oriented software design and methodology.
* Have a strong programming and analytical skills.
* Have a strong knowledge in UML modeling in a software development.
* Fresh graduated with programming passion is welcome to apply.
II.TECHNICAL WRITER (TW)

Specific Requirement:
* Preferably Female
* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology / Computer Science related from reputable Indonesian / Overseas University.
* Minimum 1 years experience as Technical Writer.
* Good knowledge of UML and Software Documentation.
* Able to create Design Specification Document, User Manual, Functional Specification, and other related software development document
III. SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT (SA)
THE ROLE:
* To act as the design authority for programmers, responsible for the compilation of the high level architecture to support the strategic programmers and their constituent projects based on the strategic vision. To design solutions directly for customers in the business, and ensure that the solutions built align with the as-is and to-be technical infrastructure. Send message in English, so you must be proficient, both oral and written.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Ensure that the detailed design, interfaces and technology align with the payment gateway strategy, and that data flows and integration meet stakeholder standards and definitions. This ensures the appropriate integration of the company’s interfaces, data and systems at a strategic level.
* Set technical standards for development of the applications solution.
* Engage colleagues in other areas of the company and stakeholders to ensure that the proposed design fits in with existing/proposed infrastructure, and where non-conformant, reconfigure or seek exception approval.
* Manage stakeholder understanding and expectation regarding the application design; ensuring functionality meets business needs.
* Use agreed application design to act as an informed buyer for applications development from third parties; ensuring specifications and commercial constraints are clearly communicated and understood.
* Direct third party resources to develop the application, acting as a point of clarification for complex design issues ensuring the end product remains on time, cost and quality target.
* Ensure programme /project related applications knowledge is passed to the central architecture team in order to drive re-use of data, processes and technology where appropriate.
Specific Skills, Experience and Qualification:
Essential Skills (candidate’s must have ALL these skills)
* Minimum of five years experience of working as a Technical Architect in a corporate IT function
* Experience of delivering architecture components / compliance within an environment where systems and services are delivered via outsourced arrangements with key suppliers
* Enterprise integration concepts and technologies (e.g. EAI, Web Services, MQSeries, Webshpere)
* A strong background in Java, Oracle, Middleware and DBMS design on MySQL
* CASE/Modelling tools (ideally, Systems Architect)
* Networking and Operating system concepts & technologies
* Strong technical background with a business focus
* Experience in real time payment processing or trading systems
* Project management experience Ensure programme/project related applications knowledge is passed
Desirable
* Development experience within a wan based environment
* Data Management concepts and technology (e.g. Data warehousing, DBMS’s e.g. Oracle and MySQL)
* Process Management and workflow concepts & technologies (e.g. Oracle Workflow)
* Development lifecycles and notations covering structured, object and component based approaches (e.g. IE, DSDM, RUP, UML)
* Document, Content and/or Digital Asset Management concepts and technologies (e.g. Documentum)

IV. SENIOR DEVELOPER (SD)
THE ROLE:
* Working within the current customer and partner base, the role shall be to provide technical expertise leadership on realtime payment processing related engagements with customers, internal consultants and partners. The position involves the balancing of technical, instructional and mentoring skills with presentation and consultative skills.
The ideal candidate is one who is able to work and lead independently in a fast-paced RAD environment, while managing a multitude of tasks and projects with stakeholders.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Liaise with Solutions Architect on systems design and architecture
* Develop project deliverables (including code) as an individual contributor
* Develop methodologies, design patterns, consulting component libraries and toolsets for use in packaged consulting programs.
* Do proof of concept development as a framework for presentations
* Assist other developers (clients as well as partner consultants) with design issues, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
* Train customers, partners, and stakeholders on product suit.
* Assist the Sales team with support of specific client project opportunities in a pre-sales environment.
* Troubleshoot customer and internal project management issues and coordinate activities to resolution/closure.
* Performing on site, hands-on consultancy services including Proofs of Concept
Specific Skills, Experience and Qualification:
Essential Skills (candidate’s must have ALL these skills)
* Minimum of two years experience in a senior role, 5 years previous as Java developer
* Experience of delivering architecture components and proof of concept development on short notice
* Understanding and development experience on enterprise integration concepts and technologies (e.g. EAI, Web Services, MQSeries, Webshpere)
* A strong background in Java, Middleware and DBMS design on MySQL
* Extensive experience in Java, J2EE, JMS, App Servers and/or Web Services
* Experience in real time payment processing or trading systems
* Encryption technologies like DES and secure communication development experience
* Project lifecycle and change and release management experience
Desirable
* Development experience within a wan based environment
* Data Management concepts and technology (e.g. Data warehousing, DBMS’s e.g. Oracle and MySQL)
* Sun Solaris or Ux environment development
* Experience on scalability and performance enhancing

Show your skill in one (or more) of following areas:
4Java Front-End Architect (A):
* Very experienced in Portal, Spring MVC of the Spring Framework.
* Show skill in any presentation technique in Java (ex: Portal, JSF, Velocity, Sitemesh, Tiles, etc).
* Experienced in client-side web development technique (ex: JQuery, YUI, etc)
* Experienced in implementing Ajax (especially in YUI, DWR with JSON) technology in the presentation.
* Able to show skill and understanding in various type of deployment of Java™ Application.
4Data and Persistence Specialist (B):
* Experienced in Persistence strategy, using JPA, EclipseLink, Hibernate, iBatis, etc
* Having technical expertise experiences in SQL and RDBMS, especially Oracle® Database.
* Experienced in Oracle PL/SQL is a major advantage.
4 Services and Integration Specialist (C):
* Experienced in developing services-orientation in Java™, especially using Web Services.
* Experienced in Business Process Management in Java™.
* Good understanding in Workflow technology, and yes, also In Java™.
* Banking, financial service, Telco and utility background is strongly preferred.
