A newly formed PMA company specializing in raw material processing, located at Kuala Tanjung is seeking a highly motivated and competent individual for the position of:
PLANT MANAGER (PM) .This role will be instrumental in establishing the operating procedures for the operation and ensuring quality and output standards are obtained.
Preferred Qualifications :
-Male, min 30 years old
-A Chemical Engineering/Metallurgy degree from a reputable university
-Min 5 years experience in a managerial capacity within heavy industry such as cement, steel, refining, etc
-Ability to work independently
-Good people and communication skills
-Able to supervise and direct while maintaining high morale
-Excellent verbal and written skills
-Able to work under pressure and able to meet deadline
-Proficient in English and or Mandarin will be preferable.
