Job description Gather user requirements, create user requirements specification; Conduct the external meeting with customer(s) and create Minutes of Meeting; Analyze user requirements and create application specification documents; Provide solution options and recommendation to consumer to solve business requirements; Ensure client’s satisfaction upon roll out, and make enhancement if necessary; Assist test team in creating test plans and testing effort
