An IT consultant and provider company that focused in electronic payment infrastructure solution and located in Casablanca Kuningan Jakarta, needs urgently several new employees with some qualifications as follow :
1. Standard Operational Procedure (staff)
Job descriptions :
- Develop any SOP related the company’s business process and data security, both internal and external.
- Analyze and review any available SOP, including improve of them.
- Distributing and socializing any approved SOP to related parties.
- Documenting all of approved SOP both hard-copy and soft-copy
Requirements :
- Male / Female, max 27 years old
- Education background min. Bachelor Degree majoring in IT/ Management-Accounting/MIPA/Teknik Industri
- Proficient in operating computer applications especially MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Visio)
- Able to use Indonesian and English grammar is good and true
- Experience min. 1 year in the same position, but fresh graduate are welcome.
- Good analytical skill
- Good communication, writing and presentation skill
- Well organized, pro-active and self starter
2. IT Development Manager
Job descriptions :
- Develop and deliver solutions according to the approved works programme with adherence to time, cost, regulatory and quality parameters.
- Manage and provide leadership to a group of IT Professionals, including Developers, Business Analysts, DBAs, QAs and System & Network Engineer.
- Engage in hands-on, in-depth analysis, review and design of the software, including technical review and analysis of source code. Will include reviews of in-house developed code, as well as review of technologies provided by 3rd party vendors.
- Monitor technology trends such as emerging standards for new technology opportunities.
- Provide sound decision making for software development and product development, sensitive to the constraints and needs of the business. This includes ensuring that product designs are well document and communicated.
- Be responsible for product support and management.
- Provide employee development and team building, including coaching and mentoring.
Requirements :
- Male, max age 35 years
- Education background min. Bachelor Degree majoring in IT/ Math/ Physics
- Min 7 years experience in software development, especially EDC and Switching System programming.
- Good understanding ISO 8583 Messaging
- Good understanding Switching Server System.
- Good understanding HSM (Hardware Security Module)
- Good understanding CMS (Card Management System)
- Good understanding OOP, RDBMS, SDLC and QA
- Good understanding C, C++, Progress and Java.
- Good understanding Progress, Oracle DB and operating system inner-workings (Linux, Windows)
- Good understanding ICT Infrastructure and its security.
- Preferably good knowledge in PCI compliance
- Good analytical skill
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Good leadership and managerial skill.
