High Touch Engineer

Responsibilities:

In this position you act as a focal point for large account network problem resolution. You act as a technical expert and provide support on a world-wide basis. You report directly to the Manager of Technical Support
Key responsibilities:
-Designated to customer network, proactively monitor and review the progress of all customer service requests
-Partner with network optimization support engineers in providing service and support.
-Understand customer’s business goals and investigate how the network operations support those business goals.
-Gather detailed knowledge of customer’s network.
-Act as Lead Engineer when driving customer’s escalated or reoccurring reactive issues to resolution.
-Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
-Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer and other Cisco teams.
-Attend weekly/bi-weekly case review calls to drive resolution on reactive break/fix issues.
-Quarterly Review Attendance and presentation of appropriate data.
-Customer-site rotations twice per annum to maintain customer relationship and deliver training.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in a technical field (CS/EE preferred).
-2-5 years related experience.
-CCIE certification desired.
-Ability to work under minimal supervision.
-Analytical skills and proven crisis management skills.
-Listening and communication skills.
-Good comment of English and Indonesian.
