VICE PRESIDENT – Surface Mining Segment, South East Asia
LOCATION: Jakarta/Balikpapan
The Vice president – Surface Mining will develop business of drilling, crushing, screening, bulk materials handling equipment and projects, tools, parts, service and other after market products in this fast business growing area in Indonesia and South East Asian countries. He will be based in Indonesia to oversee both the sales/account management, aftermarket operations like performance contracts, service. He will be responsible for the business results and will be accountable for the success of the long-term business development of Sandvik Mining and construction. This is a senior management position and will lead a professional team. The candidate should be at least graduate in Engineering with 15-20 years of relevant experience in sales/ marketing/ contracts/ product management and should have demonstrated developing business in competitive environment in a professional organisation. Excellent people skill and communication ability would be vital requisite for this position.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Bulk Materials handling projects
LOCATION: Jakarta/Balikpapan
Graduate in Engineering with 12 -15 years of total experience in the field of bulk materials handling equipment & or projects. Candidates having some exposure to design/ project management function shall have preference. Shall be responsible for co-ordination with competence centres for developing proposals and estimating cost, making effective presentations, and regular contact with key clients and follow-up on prospects.
PROJECT MANAGER/ PROJECT ENGINEER – Bulk Materials handling projects
LOCATION: Jakarta/Balikpapan
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering with 10-15 years of relevant experience in executing turnkey projects preferably in bulk materials handling projects, crushing & screening plants with in cost, time, and quality and safety standards. To be responsible for project monitoring and control, preparing detail plan and time schedules, claims management, receivable management, supporting site management and project hand-over and contract closure. Past experience in leading at least one project of 15 MUSD successfully is a must for the post of Project Manager.
